Hire Our Musicians

Chamber ensembles can be booked for any event by contacting the office at (703)590-7083 or operations@yopwva.org. YOPW charges a $125.00 booking fee for each event as well as $50.00/hour/musician. (There may also be a travel fee for events located outside our usual service area.) Typically, a one hour event for a string quartet at a local venue costs $300.00. Half this fee is due at the time the contract is signed to reserve the date and time and the balance is due the day of the event.
