Fundraising
Each season YOPW holds several fundraising activities. Below is a list of activities for this season:
White House Ornament Sale
From September through December – Each season, YOPW staff and members sell White House Ornaments to help fund operating expenses for the organization. Ornaments are available beginning in September and are sold at rehearsals, concerts and recitals, and by contacting the office. Please support YOPW by purchasing your White House Ornaments each year.
Silent Auction
YOPW holds a Silent Auction in conjunction with our last concert of the season on the first Sunday in May. The auction features items from around the Northern Virginia region and includes foods, theater and concert tickets, CDs, sports memorabilia, and many other great items. Attendance at the auction is free and open to the public. Check out our Spotlight page for a listing of new items in this season's auction.
Concert CD sales
All season - Concert CDs can be ordered during the concert, at rehearsals, or by contacting Ronart Associates. Please contact ronart.assoc@cox.net to order your CDs.
eScript Online Mall
All year – When shopping on-line, please begin with our eScript Online Mall link! A portion of the sale price for all purchases will be donated to YOPW.
Glory Days
From September through April – Please send us your receipts for meals at any area Glory Days Restaurant. Glory Days will donate a portion of the total bill to YOPW. Receipts can be turned in at rehearsals, concerts or mailed to the office at P.O. Box 2127, Woodbridge, VA 22195
